Therapy with Becca Strickland

Working with Becca

This work may be a good fit if you are tired of managing everything internally and still feeling stuck.

This may be a good fit if

You may know yourself well and still find that anxiety keeps running the show. You may feel worn down by work, relationships, family stress, or the pressure of trying to hold everything together. You may be moving through a season of change that has quietly unsettled your confidence or your sense of identity.

Concerns I commonly help with

  • Anxiety and chronic overthinking
  • Depression shaped by work stress or burnout
  • Emotional exhaustion
  • Low self-esteem and confidence struggles
  • Emotional regulation and recurring personality-related patterns
  • Family conflict and relational stress
  • Fertility journey concerns
  • LGBTQIA+ affirming support
  • Life transitions and identity shifts

What therapy with me can look like

Therapy with me can be reflective, practical, and emotionally honest. We may spend time understanding the stories you have inherited or built around yourself, identifying the emotional and behavioral patterns that keep repeating, and strengthening skills that help you respond with more intention and less reactivity.

At times, CBT or DBT-informed tools may be useful. At other times, deeper reflection, narrative work, or poetry-informed exploration may offer a different kind of access to what you are carrying. The point is not to perform therapy correctly. It is to help the work feel meaningful and usable.

Consultation and next steps

If you are curious about working together, the next step is reaching out for a consultation. We can talk about what is bringing you in, whether this feels like the right fit, and what next steps would look like.

Ready to talk?

Starting therapy does not require having everything figured out.

If something here feels familiar, reach out for a consultation and we can talk through fit, questions, and next steps.
